**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create **innovative and visually appealing packaging designs** for food and agriculture products.
- Develop concepts based on **brand guidelines**, **target audience**, and **market trends**.
- Design a wide range of packaging and branding materials including **logos**, **labels**, **boxes**, **stand-up pouches**, etc.
- Prepare **print-ready files** and coordinate closely with the printing team to ensure output quality.
- Liaise directly with **clients** to understand requirements and deliver on expectations.
- Manage multiple design projects while maintaining timelines and quality standards.

**Required Skills & Software Proficiency**:

- **CorelDRAW**:

- **Adobe Photoshop**:

- **Adobe Illustrator**

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **2 years of professional graphic design experience**, preferably in packaging and print.
- Strong understanding of **visual hierarchy**, **color theory**, and **typography**.
- Experience preparing files for **offset, digital, and flexo printing** is a plus.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
