**Qualification**:
Graduate (Any discipline)

**Experience**:
0-2 years (Freshers with good communication and computer skills can also apply)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day office administrative and back-office tasks.
- Prepare and maintain data in Excel and Word formats.
- Maintain and update customer payment records and ledgers.
- Coordinate with the accounts team regarding collections and payment follow-ups.
- Attend and respond to incoming phone calls and customer inquiries politely.
- Support the sales/service teams with documentation and coordination.
- Manage office files, records, and correspondence systematically.
- Perform other routine office duties as assigned.

**Skills Required**:

- Good **telephone and call etiquette.**:

- Basic accounting and ledger entry knowledge.
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

**Languages Required**:

- **Mandatory**: English and Kannada
- **Preferred**: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu

**Other Requirements**:

- **Immediate joiners preferred.**:

- Having a **two-wheeler with a valid driving license** will be an added advantage.

**Salary**:
As per company norms and experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
