As a Telesales Counselor, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with potential customers over the phone to understand their needs, provide information about products or services, and guide them through the sales process. Your primary goal will be to convert leads into sales by building trust, addressing concerns, and offering solutions tailored to the customer's requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospects from provided leads or databases.
- Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their requirements.
- Provide detailed information about products or services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Listen actively to customer inquiries, concerns, and objections, and address them effectively.
- Offer personalized solutions or recommendations based on the customer's needs and preferences.
- Guide customers through the sales process, including order placement, payment processing, and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of conversations and outcomes, in the company's CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies, share customer feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques through training sessions and self-directed learning.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in telesales, sales, or customer service roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers over the phone.
- Active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns and address them effectively.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth.
- Resilience and persistence to handle rejection and overcome objections in a competitive sales environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or sales management tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and generate reports.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively with team members.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, sales strategies, and product offerings in a dynamic business environment.
