**Salary**: ₹40,001 to ₹45,000 per month

**Qualification**: B.Ed (Bachelor of Education)

**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that meet the needs of students.
- Teach English language, literature, grammar, and composition to students in grades 6-10 (or as per the institution's curriculum).
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and classroom participation.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment to encourage student engagement.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities related to English, such as debates, poetry competitions, or literary clubs.
- Collaborate with colleagues and the school administration for curriculum development and student progress.
- Communicate regularly with parents about student performance and development.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage students and encourage participation in class discussions and activities.
- Good knowledge of pedagogical practices and teaching methods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) degree is mandatory.
- 02-05 years of teaching experience, preferably in English.
- Proficient in teaching grammar, literature, writing, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
