**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and deliver structured lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
- Develop high-quality content including practice sheets, mock tests, and doubt-clearing materials.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and one-on-one mentoring of students.
- Stay current with exam trends, syllabus changes, and best teaching practices.
- Participate in academic planning, faculty meetings, and training sessions.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Mandatory**: B.Tech degree from an **Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)**.
- Strong command over Mathematics with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Teaching experience for competitive exams like JEE/NEET is preferred. However, motivated IIT graduates with a flair for teaching are also encouraged to apply.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring young minds.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
