**Roles & Responsibilities -**
- Manage all purchase activities related to the factory raw materials (domestic & import), spares, consumables, etc. to ensure timely availability of all materials for smooth functioning of the factory
- Coordinate with the store and production department in the factory to assess material requirement
- Place order of all materials required and conduct required follow ups on the basis of tracking their status
- Manage logistics and transport vendors to ensure timely availability of material at efficient costs
- Maintain weekly and monthly stock, incoming and consumption data so as to make the purchase process efficient
- Ensure high stock turn over and reduced dead stock issues by ensuring FIFO
- Tally material received note to the purchase order to ensure correct material and quality has been received
- On the basis of material receiving note from factory, make purchase entry vouchers
- Maintain creditor accounts and conduct monthly creditor reconciliation
- Prepare creditor outstanding list for the management for making payments
- Identify, shortlist and negotiate with vendors in Delhi and surrounding market for local supplies such as spares, consumables, hardware, etc.
- Act as the management go to person for any new work / task and assist the management in carrying out their tasks
- Conduct payment follow ups with tenants of the properties given on rent, conduct quarterly inspection visits and get maintenance work done (if required)
- Help the management in laying out systems and formats for reporting and managing works
- Make purchase account from receiving details from factory
- Maintain office services by organizing office operations & procedures
- Logistics development and coordination for incoming and outgoing material
- Maintain attendance reports of office staff, local and outstation sales team; and thereafter prepare payroll
- Manage the marketing team expenses and reports under the guidance of the management

**Experience -**
- Be 30 + yrs of age with 5-6 yrs of experience in purchase
- Be comfortable with managing manual reports and planning
- Have experience in handling a wide variety of projects
- Be comfortable with written English
