Job Description - Tele caller
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads.
- Explain the features and benefits of our coaching programs, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Follow a prepared script to ensure consistency and completeness of information delivered.
- Identify and qualify potential leads based on interest and readiness to enroll.
- Persuade and motivate potential students and parents to enroll in our coaching programs.
- Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls made and enrollments secured.
- Accurately update and maintain the database with details of interactions and follow-ups.
- Keep detailed records of calls made, inquiries received, and feedback provided.
- Generate and submit daily/weekly reports on call activity and outcome

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tele-Caller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [specify languages, e.g., Marathi, Hindi, English].
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Telecalling/ Sales: 2 years (preferred)
