We are hiring Executive Compliance for an ISO certified Company having over 20 years’ experience in providing Integrated Facility Management Services. The Company executes its operations by highly experienced and expertise staff with the use of branded materials and machinery.

The company has over the years developed a robust back office systems & processes to efficiently service its diverse range of customers.

Job Role
- PF & ESIC challan preparation.
- Min wages and costing for client (State, Central & PAN India)
- P.T and LWF Pan India knowledge.
- Maintaining all statutory records.
- Attending inspection of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and Labour department.
- Liasioning with government statutory bodies & client.
- Team bonding.

Skills Required
- Expertise in MS excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP)
- Presentation slides.
- MIS Report.
- Supervision skills.
- Able to handle compliance of 30,000 employees

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
