Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable, tech-savvy, and compassionate Assistant to support our physician in delivering telehealth services to patients. The Assistant will play a crucial role in facilitating virtual patient appointments, managing telemedicine technologies, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth delivery of remote healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Telemedicine Support
- Pre-Appointment Preparation:

- Verify patient identities and ensure that necessary health records and medical

history are available for the physician prior to virtual appointments.
- Set up and test telemedicine platforms to ensure a seamless experience for both

patients and the physician.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to telemedicine software, video conferencing,

and patient devices.
- Patient Communication:

- Schedule appointments and send reminders to patients.
- Guide patients through the telemedicine platform, ensuring they are comfortable

and ready for their appointments.
- Virtual Patient Assistance:

- Assist patients with follow-up instructions, prescriptions, or additional referrals as

directed by the physician.

Administrative Support
- Scheduling and Coordination:

- Manage the physician's medicine calendar, schedule virtual appointments, and

coordinate follow-up visits as needed.
- Assist with patient triage, directing them to the appropriate care or services based

on the physician’s instructions.
- Documentation and Recordkeeping:

- Accurately document patient encounters, treatment plans, and follow-up

instructions during or after virtual visits.
- Patient Education and Engagement:
follow-up care, prescription refills, or other inquiries.

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
