Store Incharge

**Position : Store Incharge**

**Job Description is as follows but not limited to**:
**Daily Activities**
- Physically verifying material as per the invoice & order quantity at receiving stage.
- Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary
- Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors
- Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost
- effective contracts and deals
- Coordination with vendors for the material availability and for dispatch
- Managing receiving stock and issue of material and Prepare Purchase Requisition & Issue Slip
- Prepare Invoices, Stock transfer memo and delivery challans for dispatch material
- Handling all documentation of the department including All Type Of Challan(RGP, NRGP, Gate Pass, Stock Transfer) BOM(Bill Of Material)
- Maintaining Inventory By FIFO/LIFO and Keeping System Updated And Tracking Material Movement

**Reporting**
- Monthly Stock verification and material identification.
- Physical inventory preparation of variance report.
- Creating MIR (monthly information reports)

**Qualification**
- Experience in Engineering firm
- Proficient in reading, proof reading and understanding technical documents
- Proficient in preparing documents in English
- Pleasing Personality, Excellent Communication, Strategic & Critical Thinking.
- UG: Any Graduate in Any Specialization

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
