As a Trademark and Copyright Legal Associate, you will be responsible for assisting clients with trademark and copyright registrations, enforcement, and related legal matters. You will work closely with senior lawyers to handle filings, respond to objections, conduct searches, draft legal documents, and support litigation processes when required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct trademark and copyright searches and provide legal opinions.
- Draft and review agreements related to intellectual property rights.
- Monitor and handle opposition, cancellation, and infringement cases.
- Liaise with clients, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain proper documentation and case management.
- Support senior legal team members in litigation and advisory matters related to IP.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized university.
- Prior experience (1-3 years) in intellectual property law, specifically trademarks and copyrights, preferred.
- Strong understanding of IP laws, rules, and procedures in India.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and research skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
