The 2D Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating high-quality 2D graphics and visual designs for digital platforms. Working closely with the creative team, the 2D Designer will translate concepts into compelling visual assets that effectively communicate the desired message and brand identity.
- 1. Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
- 2. Conceptualize and create 2D graphics, illustrations, and visual designs for digital media including websites, mobile apps, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- 3. Develop visual concepts, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
- 4. Create logos, icons, infographics, and other graphic elements that align with brand identity guidelines.
- 5. Ensure consistency and coherence of design assets across all digital platforms.
- 6. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
- 7. Work closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- 8. Collaborate with other designers and provide constructive feedback to improve overall design quality.
- 9. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and project requirements.
- 10. Maintain organized file management and documentation of design assets.
- **Requirements**:

- 1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 2. Proven experience as a 2D Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects.
- 3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other relevant tools.
- 4. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- 5. Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
- 6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work in a team environment.
- 7. Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards while meeting deadlines.
- 8. Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- 9. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices is preferred.
- 10. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
