**Key Responsibilities and Skills**:

- Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation of stress design basis, load cases, critical line list, wind, and seismic related basic calculations
- Piping stress analysis of critical lines connected to static and rotary equipment, support design, preparation procurement related document like MRs and bid evaluation /
- Preparing cost estimates / manhour estimates and business development activities.
- Knowledge of plant design codes like ASME B 31.1 / 31.3 / 31.4 / 31.8 / ASME SEC VIII and equipment design codes.
- Knowledge and experience in analysis of jacketed piping, buried piping, pipelines, non-metallic piping etc.
- Knowledge of dynamic analysis, vibration analysis, slug, or two-phase flow analysis.
- Leading the small to medium projects independently
- Leading stress team and managing clients

Key Skills Required:

- Piping & pipeline Stress Analysis, Caesar II, Navisworks
- ASME/API Codes and standards
- Piperack Design
- Preparation of support standards and special supports.
- SIF calculation for non-standard fittings
- In-depth knowledge of Caesar II latest software and 3D model review software
- Knowledge of vibration related analysis, pulsation analysis and surge analysis will be added advantage.
- Experience in checking stress analysis calculations, reports and documents
- Knowledge of stress analysis of high temperature and high-pressure piping systems, codes and guidelines.
