Key Responsibilities:

- **Curriculum Planning and Implementation**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Integrate age-appropriate activities such as art, music, games, and storytelling to make learning enjoyable and interactive.
- Tailor teaching methods to accommodate children with different learning styles and abilities.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish a positive and nurturing learning environment where children feel safe and encouraged.
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure that children adhere to basic rules and routines.
- Foster a sense of respect, responsibility, and cooperation among students.
- **Child Development Observation**:

- Monitor and assess the developmental progress of each child in key areas such as motor skills, language, and social-emotional development.
- Provide individual support to children who may require extra attention or care.
- Maintain records of each child’s progress and communicate with parents about their development.
- **Parent Communication**:

- Build strong relationships with parents through regular updates, parent-teacher meetings, and newsletters.
- Address concerns and provide suggestions for supporting children’s learning at home.
- **Safety and Welfare**:

- Ensure the safety and well-being of children during class and playtime.
- Promote healthy habits, hygiene, and physical activities.
- **Professional Development**:

- Participate in training workshops and educational seminars to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
- Continuously improve teaching strategies to meet the evolving needs of students.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Education**: Pre and Primary Teacher Training certification, (PPTC) or Additional certifications in early childhood education may be preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience working with young children in a classroom or daycare setting is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
