**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand goals of the clients of Partners Advertising.
- Research, identify, and vet potential influencers who align with the client’'s values, target audience and marketing objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers through effective communication, collaboration and negotiation.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including setting campaign objectives, timelines and budget allocation.
- Research, suggest and onboard technological platforms and analytical tools associated with influencer marketing
- Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content that resonates with their audience while aligning with the client's messaging and image.
- Establish clear criteria for influencer selection, considering factors such as audience demographics, engagement rates, authenticity, relevance, content quality and past performance.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers, including compensation, deliverables, exclusivity clauses and usage rights.
- Review and approve influencer-generated content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, messaging, quality standards, and legal requirements before publication.
- Develop a strategic plan for content distribution across relevant channels, platforms, and formats to maximize reach, engagement, and visibility among target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and analytics tools to assess effectiveness and ROI.
- Manage the influencer marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various campaigns and channels.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines and disclosure of sponsored content and influencer partnerships.
- Continuously optimize influencer marketing campaigns based on performance data and insights to maximize results and achieve marketing objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
- Conduct comprehensive post-campaign evaluations to assess overall performance, identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and generate insights for future campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including social media, content creation, PR and marketing, to integrate influencer marketing efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, summarizing campaign performance, key insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize influencer marketing platforms and tools to streamline processes, manage influencer relationships and track campaign performance.
- Foster brand advocacy among influencers by providing them with positive brand experiences, incentives and opportunities for collaboration.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the influencer marketing management and digital marketing industry
- Fluent in English and Hindi languages with advance written and oral communications skills
- Ability to research and utilize influencer marketing platforms and technology tools including platforms for influencer marketing research, onboarding and analytics
- Ability to proofread content for public postings
- Ability to plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, as per client and the target audience
- Advanced-level understanding of social media tools, analytics and reporting
- Ability to research and collate lists of influencers according to clients, target audience, campaigns requirements, geography and segment
- The capacity to generate innovative ideas for influencer campaigns, content strategies, and visual assets to capture audience attention and drive engagement.
- Ability to engage with the audience and clients, respond to comments and messages, foster positive relationships, and manage influencer communities effectively
- Proficiency in using analytics tools and prepare and track performance metrics, interpret data, and derive insights to optimize campaigns and achieve marketing objectives

**Salary**: ₹18,503.22 - ₹32,230.83 per month
