**Responsibilities**:
**Lesson Planning & Instruction**:

- Use a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, demonstrations, experiments, and multimedia resources.
- Adapt lessons to suit different learning styles, including those with special educational needs.
- **Laboratory & Practical Work**:

- Organize and supervise laboratory experiments and hands-on activities.
- Ensure the safe and proper use of scientific equipment and materials.
- Teach students how to conduct experiments, make observations, and record data accurately.

**Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Design and administer quizzes, tests, and assignments to assess student knowledge and skills.
- Grade work fairly and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
- Track and maintain records of student progress and performance.

**Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a safe, organized, and respectful classroom environment.
- Manage student behavior and foster a positive, engaging learning atmosphere.
- Encourage teamwork and collaboration during group experiments and activities.

**Collaboration & Communication**:
