Creative Designer

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Produce high-quality visual content, including illustrations, graphics, animations, and 3D models, that align with project goals and brand guideline.
- Develop visual concepts and ideas based on briefs, ensuring they meet the project’s objectives and resonate with the target audience
- Manage visual design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Prioritize tasks effectively to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Ensure all visual content meets quality standards and adheres to brand guidelines
- Work closely with other professionals to develop cohesive visual solutions
- Provide guidance and support to junior visualisers and other team members, helping them develop their skills and improve their work
- Share best practices, techniques, and industry trends with the team to enhance overall team performance

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: 5 - 7 years in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality visual content for various media.

Skills: Expertise in creating illustrations, graphics, animations, and 3D models; proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Project Management: Proven ability to manage design projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.

Creativity: Ability to develop visual concepts based on briefs, aligning with project goals and target audiences.

Quality Control: Ensure all visual content meets quality standards and adheres to brand guidelines.

Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date with design best practices, techniques, and trends.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
