Site Incharge

Oversee daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, and quality control
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff, maintenance personnel, and quality control inspectors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
- Implement and maintain safety protocols, including risk assessments, safety training, and incident reporting
- Coordinate maintenance activities, including scheduling, planning, and execution
- Collaborate with quality control team to ensure product meets quality standards
- Analyze production data and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Communicate effectively with plant staff, management, and external stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
- Experience with quality control and assurance procedures
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, business, or management)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
