**About the Position**:
CSRBOX is seeking a graphic designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**:
Branding and Identity Design
- Creating logos, brand guidelines, and visual identities.
- Designing business cards, letterheads, and corporate materials.

Advertising Design
- Designing promotional materials like posters, flyers, and brochures.
- Creating advertisements for digital and print media.

Developing visuals for social media campaigns.
- User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design
- Designing website layouts, mobile apps, and software interfaces.
- Ensuring user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences.
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive elements.

Illustration and Concept Art
- Developing illustrations for books, magazines, and digital content.
- Creating concept art for video games, movies, and animations.

Motion Graphics and Animation
- Designing animations for videos, presentations, and social media.
- Creating explainer videos and motion-based advertising content.

Print and Publication Design
- Designing book covers, magazine layouts, and editorial visuals.
- Preparing materials for print production, including typography and layout.

Packaging Design
- Creating product packaging that is visually appealing and functional.
- Ensuring packaging aligns with brand identity and attracts customers.

Infographics and Data Visualization
- Simplifying complex information into engaging and easy-to-understand visuals.
- Designing charts, graphs, and infographic elements for reports and presentations.

Corporate Communication and Presentation Design
- Designing PowerPoint presentations and visual reports.
- Creating internal communication materials like newsletters and training manuals.

**Mandatory Qualification and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, etc
- A strong eye for visual composition.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
