Job Role:
(1) **Advising customers on repair needs and status updates, and ensuring customer satisfaction after repairs,**

**(2) Greeting customers and evaluating the damage to their vehicles,**

**(3) Scheduling appointments and managing repair timelines,**

**(4) Preparing accurate cost estimates for repairs and body work,**

**(5) Assisting with the daily operations of the body shop, including scheduling and workflow,**
