We are currently seeking a Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Associate (Payroll) to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Advisor (Payroll)- 5 - 10 years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM- Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End-to-End Business Flows- Expert functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll module along with other multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Time & Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning)- Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as the owner Oracle Cloud HCM- Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies- Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM business processes and usage in multiple industries- Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution- Able to architect an Oracle Cloud HCM transformation- Able to present solutions to clients and prospects and address any queries
