**Job Title**: Boiler First Class Operator

**Job Location : AGRO OILS, Denduluru, Andhra Pradesh**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Boiler Operation**:

- Operate and monitor steam boilers, water boilers, and auxiliary equipment to meet production requirements.
- Adjust valves, gauges, and other equipment to maintain optimal pressure, temperature, and steam levels.
- Start, shut down, and troubleshoot boiler systems safely and efficiently.
- **Maintenance**:

- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on boilers and associated systems (pumps, valves, pressure vessels).
- Clean boilers, burners, and other parts to remove dirt and scaling.
- Replace faulty parts, gaskets, and seals when necessary.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to avoid accidents and boiler failures.
- Regularly test safety valves, water quality, and boiler controls to ensure proper functioning.
- Maintain a safe working environment by following OSHA and company safety guidelines.
- **Record-Keeping**:

- Maintain logs of boiler operations, fuel usage, water levels, pressure, temperature, and maintenance activities.
- Record and report any abnormalities or malfunctions to supervisors or the maintenance department.
- **Energy Management**:

- Monitor and control fuel usage and efficiency of the boiler.
- Implement energy-saving measures to minimize waste and maximize operational efficiency.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure boilers comply with local, state, and federal regulations regarding emissions, operation, and safety standards.
- Participate in audits and inspections conducted by regulatory bodies.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Boiler Operator Certification**: Must have a First Class Boiler Operator License issued by the local regulatory authority.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in operating and maintaining high-pressure industrial boilers.
- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of boiler systems, mechanics, and troubleshooting.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues in boiler operations.
- **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy in monitoring equipment and following procedures.

**Working Conditions**:

- Typically works in industrial environments such as factories, refineries, or power plants.
- Work involves exposure to high temperatures, steam, and potentially hazardous materials.
- May require shift work, including nights and weekends, depending on the facility's needs.
