We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Tekla trainer to join our team on a part-time basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop training materials: Create or adapt training materials, presentations, and exercises to effectively teach various aspects of Tekla software, including modeling, detailing, and collaboration features.
- Customize training programs: Assess the skill levels and learning objectives of participants to customize training programs accordingly. Provide personalized guidance and support to help participants achieve their learning goals.
- Stay updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments and updates in Tekla software to ensure training materials and sessions reflect current best practices and functionalities.
- Provide feedback: Offer constructive feedback to participants on their progress and performance during training sessions. Identify areas for improvement and provide additional resources or guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with team: Work closely with other trainers and team members to coordinate training schedules, share best practices, and continuously improve the quality of training programs.

**Requirements**:

- Teaching experience: Previous experience in delivering training or educational sessions, preferably in the field of structural engineering or construction.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex concepts and procedures in a clear and understandable manner.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt training approaches and materials to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of participants.
- Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical issues and challenges encountered during training sessions.
- Interpersonal skills: Ability to build rapport with participants and create a supportive learning environment conducive to knowledge acquisition and skill development.
- Time management: Effective time management skills to manage training schedules, prepare materials, and deliver sessions punctually.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 9 per week

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
