**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development and Lesson Planning**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum framework.
- Design engaging and interactive activities to enhance student learning.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
- **Classroom Instruction and Student Engagement**:

- Encourage student participation and interactive learning through discussions, projects, and group activities.
- Use modern teaching methodologies, including technology integration, to enhance learning.
- **Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring**:

- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and classroom participation.
- Maintain records of student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify students requiring additional support and implement remedial strategies accordingly.
- **Classroom Management and Discipline**:

- Establish a positive and disciplined learning environment.
- Promote values such as teamwork, respect, and responsibility among students.
- Address behavioral issues effectively and implement appropriate disciplinary actions when necessary.
- **Parental Engagement and Communication**:

- Regularly communicate with parents regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings and workshops to support student development.
- Provide guidance to parents on how they can support their child’s education at home.
- **Collaboration and Professional Development**:

- Work closely with other teachers and school staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Participate in professional development programs, workshops, and training sessions.
- Contribute to curriculum development and school-wide initiatives.
- **Extracurricular Activities and School Events**:

- Organize and participate in co-curricular activities such as sports, cultural programs, and field trips.
- Encourage students to take part in creative and extracurricular pursuits to develop holistic skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmednagar, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
