**Responsibilities**:
**Assist in the creation, editing, and formatting of various types of documentation, including but not limited to**:
Policies and procedures manuals

Reports and presentations

Training materials

Technical documentation

Compliance documents

Client/customer communications

Collaborate with team members to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.

Organize and maintain a centralized repository for all documentation, ensuring easy access and version control.

Perform quality checks on documentation to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.

Support documentation review processes, including tracking revisions and obtaining approvals as necessary.

Assist in the development and implementation of documentation best practices and standards.

Provide administrative support related to documentation tasks, such as file management, scheduling meetings, and maintaining documentation databases.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in documentation processes and tools.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a documentation role, with knowledge of various documentation types and processes.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience with technical writing or familiarity with industry-specific terminology is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
