**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Toolroom Management**:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the toolroom.
- Plan and prioritize workloads to meet production schedules and deadlines.
- Maintain the tool inventory and ensure availability of required tools and materials.
- **Machinery Maintenance**:
- Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of CNC, VMC, CG, and other toolroom equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and coordinate with maintenance teams for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules for all machines.
- **Team Leadership**:
- Manage and train a team of toolroom operators and technicians.
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- **Quality Assurance**:
- Ensure tools and components meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks and address any deviations promptly.
- Collaborate with the quality control department to maintain high standards.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization.
- Enhance productivity and reduce downtime through lean manufacturing practices.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machining technology and incorporate them where applicable.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of toolroom operations, including machine usage, maintenance logs, and tool inventory.
- Prepare periodic reports on production metrics, machine performance, and team efficiency.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
