**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Junior Architect to join our architectural team. As a Junior Architect, you will collaborate with senior architects and other team members to develop innovative designs, prepare technical drawings, and assist with project management tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the design and planning of architectural projects, including residential, commercial, or institutional buildings.
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and 3D renderings using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Conduct site visits and assist in the preparation of site analysis reports.
- Support senior architects in client presentations and project proposals.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability guidelines.
- Assist in project documentation and management of construction processes.
- Conduct research on materials, building systems, and design trends to incorporate into designs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- 0-3 years of professional experience in architecture (internships or part-time work may be considered).
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
- A portfolio showcasing design work and technical proficiency is required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
