**We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Associate to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales
process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of our services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads

**QUALIFICATIONS-**
- 1+ years of Sales Experience in Steel Domain
- Prospecting and closing Skills.
- Knowledge of sales principles and practices.
- Customer service Acumen.
- Desire to exceed growth, and working in a fast paced environment.

**Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills**:
Sales experience in steel industry as IS or Field sales, 1-3 years of experience
