**Key Accountabilities**
- End to End legal support to the RCU and Branch banking / Retail Liabilities business of the Bank

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**Skills/Knowledge prerequisites
- Capable of handling fraud related cases, drafting police complaints, reply to police notices, sending communications
- Should be able to assist representing the bank with various regulatory and law enforcement authorities / agencies including Police, ED, EOU etc.
- Deep knowledge of law and practice in the areas of CPC & CRPC
- Knowledge of banking laws, regulations & practices, SEBI, FEMA, FCRA, Contract Laws and RBI regulations.
- Capable of handling litigations including consumer cases, drafting of plaints, written statements, complaints and replies to legal notices.
- Basic knowledge of Insurance and Mutual Funds products, Demat and trading accountsCapable of drafting, Service Provider Agreements and Non Disclosure Agreements.Educational Qualifications
- LLB/LLM
- Experience Profile- 5 - 10 yrs exp
