**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Enforce and monitor all company safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Inspect machinery and equipment regularly to ensure operational efficiency and prevent downtime.
- Train, mentor, and motivate new and existing staff to improve productivity and foster a positive team environment.
- Monitor production output and product quality, preparing regular reports for management.
- Identify and resolve production issues, coordinating with maintenance and other departments as needed.
- Manage material and equipment inventory to ensure continuous production flow.
- Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Experience in metalware or kitchenware manufacturing is a plus.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree or certification is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20kg.

**How to Apply**

Pay: ₹14,008.04 - ₹20,000.00 per month
