We’re looking for a **creative and strategic Social Media Content Writer** who lives and breathes LinkedIn. If you know how to craft engaging posts that drive thought leadership, visibility, and brand trust, this is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create compelling and engaging content tailored for LinkedIn — from personal branding posts to company page updates, carousels, polls, and thought-leadership articles.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to align content with business goals and brand voice.
- Write content for LinkedIn that supports campaigns, product launches, team stories, and industry insights.
- Stay updated on LinkedIn algorithm changes, trends, and best practices.
- Repurpose long-form content (blogs, case studies, interviews) into short-form, high-impact LinkedIn posts.
- Write content that encourages interaction, shares, and follows while maintaining a professional tone.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience writing for LinkedIn (send links or portfolio if possible).
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn tone, audience expectations, and what performs well.
- Excellent written English — crisp, clear, and free of jargon.
- Ability to write in different voices (brand vs personal, casual vs professional).
- Creative thinker who can turn a basic idea into a compelling narrative.
- Bonus: Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and analytics.

**Nice to Have**:

- Background in B2B content or personal branding.
- Knowledge of SEO writing principles (for LinkedIn articles).
- Experience working with executives or founders to shape their online presence.
