Key Responsibilities:
- **Patient Care**:
- Conduct thorough medical assessments of patients and document findings.
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the medical team.
- Monitor and review patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide education on medical conditions and treatments.
- **Clinical Duties**:
- Perform routine procedures such as blood draws, IV insertions, catheter placements, and wound care.
- Assist in surgical procedures and other medical interventions.
- Manage acute medical emergencies and provide initial treatment.
- **Coordination and Communication**:
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate patient care with nursing staff and other medical team members.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in patient medical records.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Participate in hospital committees and meetings as required.
- Assist in the development and implementation of hospital policies and protocols.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical practices and standards through continuous education.
- **Education and Training**:
- Mentor and supervise junior medical staff and medical students.
- Participate in continuing medical education (CME) activities and training programs.
- Stay informed about the latest medical research and advancements in healthcare.
- **Quality Improvement**:
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the hospital.
- Participate in audits and research projects to enhance patient care quality.
Qualifications:

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
