V4C.ai is excited to welcome motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduates to our team as Associate Data Scientists. In this entry-level role, you will embark on a journey to learn, grow, and contribute to our data-driven initiatives. As an Associate Data Scientist, you will work closely with experienced data scientists and analysts, gaining hands-on experience in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing to prepare datasets for analysis.
- Learn to implement basic machine learning algorithms and contribute to model development.
- Support exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and insights in various datasets.
- Participate in team meetings and discussions to understand project scopes and objectives.
- Continuously enhance skills and knowledge in data science through training and mentorship.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in programming (Python or R) and familiarity with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.
- Availability to work from our Pune office during the initial training period.
