- Partner with Project lead/ Program lead in delivering projects and assist in project management responsibility like - project plans, people management, staffing and risk mitigation;
- Collaborate with other team members across the globe and ensure seamless communication and sharing/ undertaking tasks;
- Manage team of diverse skill sets (programmer, cloud analyst, BI developer, reporting, operations, etc.); Mentor/coach the junior members in the team;
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree with specialization in Computer Science, MIS, IT or other computer related disciplines;
a. Design Redshift based BI solution platform for optimized performance and usability
b. Design data migration strategy from conventional databases to Redshift
c. Monitored and Improved AWS Redshift Cluster Performance.
d. Experience in Redshift Cluster resizing
e. Managed code and deployments
f. Performance tuning of the database Cluster, database objects, SQL queries.
g. Integration with AWS services (S3, Glacier, EMR, EC2).
h. User and Access Management of Redshift Cluster
i. Expertise on Python, Unix scripting would be preferable
j. Fluent in Python libraries for Data Analysis (Pandas, Numpy, etc.)
