Job Description: In-Store Sales Representative
- **Greet Customers**: Welcome and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- **Product Knowledge**: Provide detailed information on products, pricing, and promotions.
- **Sales and Upselling**: Promote and upsell products to meet and exceed sales targets.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- **Merchandising**: Ensure products are well-displayed and stock is maintained.
- **Sales Transactions**: Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in stock replenishment and inventory checks.
- **Store Maintenance**: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work with team members to achieve collective goals.
- **Flexible Hours**: Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Qualifications**: Previous retail experience preferred, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
