We are a small, cozy café in Lower Dharamkot, serving fresh, soulful food to locals and travelers alike. Our menu combines comforting continental dishes with flavorful Chinese options, offering a homely yet creative food experience.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of **Continental and Chinese dishes** such as hummus & pita, pasta, noodles, fried rice, stir-fry, etc.
- Ensure consistent taste, portioning, and presentation of dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the kitchen at all times.
- Manage daily prep work, stock rotation, and efficient use of ingredients.
- Work with the team to create smooth café operations and a warm food experience for guests.
- Handle food safety standards and minimize wastage.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2-3 years of experience** as a cook/chef specializing in Continental and Chinese cuisine.
- Ability to work independently in a small kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, flavors, and presentation.
- Reliable, hardworking, and passionate about food.
- Good communication skills and team spirit.
