Salon Trainer

**Job Title**: Salon Trainer - Skin Treatments & Sales Training
**Location**: Ludhiana, Punjab, India

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Train and onboard new beauty therapists and aestheticians in professional skin treatment techniques
- Conduct regular workshops on facial treatments, skin analysis, acne care, peels, derma polishing, hydra facials, and other specialized services
- Ensure all staff follow proper hygiene, sanitization, and client handling protocols
- Evaluate performance of trainees and existing staff and offer ongoing coaching for improvement
- Develop training manuals, SOPs, and service protocols not only in skin area but also develop for other areas like Hair, Laser treatments etc. based on industry best practices.
- Participate in online trainings on specialized skin treatments, learn material, develop inhouse training document and train other staff on such specialized skin treatments.
- Working knowledge and conform to handle Microsoft word or Power point / Google doc or Google slides is essential in order to be able to develop such training manuals and SOPs.
- Maintain client satisfaction by promoting in staff high standards of knowledge of products/ ingredients / benefits for good service delivery and professionalism
- Monitor stock and usage of skin care products used during treatments and training sessions

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or Aesthetics from a recognized institute.
- About 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in performing advanced skin treatments
- At least 1 year of experience as a trainer or team lead in a salon, spa, or beauty academy preferred
- Up-to-date knowledge of current trends, tools, and products in skin care
- Strong communication skills in Punjabi, Hindi, and basic English
- Passion for training and motivating others
- Ability to use digital tools for training material development (MS word/ power point or equivalent google modules)
- Ability to use salon software for documentation and training support

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
