We are looking for a passionate and creative **Digital Marketing Trainee** to join our in-house marketing team. If you have a basic understanding or up to 6 months of experience in digital advertising, especially on **Meta (Facebook/Instagram)** and **Google Ads**, this is a great opportunity to learn and grow in a resort branding environment. Basic training and guidance will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in setting up and managing ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms
- Coordinate with the design team for creatives
- Perform audience and keyword research
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports
- Stay updated with advertising trends and platform changes
- Support day-to-day marketing activities at the resort

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to one year of experience in digital marketing or ads.
- Basic knowledge of Meta and Google Ads
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Interest in hospitality and travel marketing is a plus
- Good communication and coordination skills
