Required qualifications:

- 0-2 years of experience in project planning or coordination
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred qualifications:

- PMP/PRINCE2 certification
- Experience in solar power or construction industries
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and other engineering design software
