**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Inspect Products**: Examine home appliances (such as refrigerators, washing machines, ovens, etc.) for any defects, malfunctions, or deviations from company quality standards.
- **Conduct Tests**: Perform functional and operational testing of appliances to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements.
- **Document Findings**: Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and any identified defects.
- **Collaborate with Teams**: Work closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams to address quality issues and recommend improvements.
- **Compliance Assurance**: Ensure that products comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and internal quality benchmarks.
- **Feedback & Improvement**: Provide feedback to suppliers or manufacturers regarding product quality issues and suggest process improvements.
- **Preventive Measures**: Help identify root causes of quality issues and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- **Final Approvals**: Provide final quality checks before products are released for sale or shipment.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: BTech in Electronics or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in a quality control or assurance role, preferably in the home appliance or electronics industry.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Understanding of electronics and mechanical systems used in home appliances.
- Familiarity with testing tools and equipment.
- Proficiency in using quality control software for documentation.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to identify small defects or malfunctions that may affect product performance.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to report issues and collaborate effectively.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to analyze defects and suggest potential solutions.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with ISO or other quality management systems.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards related to home appliances.
- Hands-on experience with different types of home appliances and their operational mechanisms.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
