**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counter Sales position located in Kozhikkode. The Counter Sales role involves day-to-day tasks such as providing customer service, sales assistance, product training, and sales management. The role also includes offering support to customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in sales and sales management
- Ability to provide product training and support
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Ayurvedic medicines and products is beneficial
- Degree or certification in a relevant field is preferred
