**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Conduct Language Training Sessions: Design and deliver effective German language training sessions to employees, focusing on building proficiency in speaking, writing, and comprehension.

Curriculum Development: Create and update training materials, including lesson plans, worksheets, and multimedia resources to ensure engaging and comprehensive language training.

Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate learners' progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback. Tailor training programs based on individual and group needs.

Cultural Integration: Incorporate cultural elements into language training to enhance understanding and appreciation of German culture, etiquette, and business practices.

Maintain Training Records: Keep accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and performance. Generate reports as required by management.

**Requirements**:
Language Proficiency: Native or near-native proficiency in the German language.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in German language, Linguistics, Education, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in conducting German language training sessions. Experience in a corporate training environment is a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to connect with learners, understand their needs, and provide effective feedback.

Flexibility: Willingness to work from Monday to Saturday in our Kochi office.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
