Position : AC/ Fridge Maintenance

Exp.: 4+ Years
CTC : 25 K to 30K

Key Responsibilities:

- **Preventative Maintenance**:

- Regularly scheduled cleaning of AC filters, evaporator coils, condenser coils, and drain pans.
- Checking refrigerant levels in AC units and refrigerators.
- Inspecting electrical connections and components for wear and tear.
- Cleaning and lubricating motor components in both appliances.
- Checking for potential leaks in refrigerant lines.
- **Basic Repairs**:

- Replacing worn-out parts like gaskets, seals, and filters.
- Addressing minor electrical issues
- Troubleshooting common malfunctions like poor cooling, excessive noise, or water leaks.
- Adjusting thermostat settings and calibrations.
- **Diagnostics and Reporting**:

- Identifying potential issues and reporting them to customers or supervisors.
- Documenting maintenance activities and findings on work orders.
- Communicating any necessary repairs beyond basic maintenance requirements.
- **Customer Service**:

- Interacting with clients to understand their needs and concerns regarding their appliances.
- Explaining maintenance procedures and providing advice on proper usage.
- Maintaining a professional demeanor and adhering to customer service standards.
