**Responsibilities**
- Work with development teams and team managers to develop well-functioning software solutions
- Identify the scope of the work, provide initial estimate and justify the estimate with facts
- Designs, codes, tests, debug, and documents software, and enhance existing components
- Write effective and quality code with performance, security, loosely couple and best practice in mind
- Understand the systems assigned, its’ modules and the integration with other systems and be able work on either the frontend or backend of any component or module
- Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
- Produce functional and technical documentation
- Work with database administrator and infrastructure team to deploy, automate and improve software performance
- Communicate effectively within immediate team

**Requirements**:

- Proven 4-6 year of strong hands-on experience as a Java developer or similar role
- Experience in common stacks (Java Core, Java Scripts, JSP) )
- Experience of working in back-end, Spring Boot, Spring MVC Framework ,
- Experience of working with Hibernate
- Web services (REST API, WSDL, SOAP)
- Experience of working in Java IDE (Eclipse), SVN, Maven and CI tools
- Knowledge of Rue Engine will be added advantage ( e.g. Drools)
- Good knowledge of OOPS and basic design with best practice
- Should be well versed with Agile and SDLC process.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Customer facing experience will be added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
