**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research on topics like startup ecosystem, entrepreneurship, etc.
- Leverage research insights and generate engaging blog posts, presentations, web page content, etc.
- Collaborate with product managers, sales and pre-sales teams, graphics designers, as well as members of the team to ensure the accuracy & alignment of content with the market
- Help to plan, monitor, and manage the company’s social media handles/profiles/posts.
- Stay abreast of the latest news, reports, and developments of the industry, besides contributing ideas for the refinement and development of the content strategy
- Act as a content strategist, not just a writer

**Qualifications**:

- Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio
- An impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends in slang and expressions
- Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
- Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
- Strict adherence to the style guides of each company and their policies for publication
- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
- Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with each client’s requirements and the company’s brand image, products, and services

**Skills & Other Requirements**:

- Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior written and oral communication skills are mandatory.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in the work environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and positively motivate others
