**Job Type**: Full-time

As a **Content Writer**, you will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop video scripts that effectively convey brand messages, engage the target audience, and drive customer interest.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Script Writing**: Create clear, engaging, and persuasive scripts for promotional videos, social media campaigns, product launches, and other marketing materials.
- **Content Creation**: Write scripts that effectively communicate the benefits and features of products/services, tailored to different business sectors.
- **Language Proficiency**: Develop content in **English, Hindi, and Marathi** to ensure wider reach and cater to different audience segments.
- **Use of AI Tools**: Utilize **ChatGPT** and other writing tools to generate content ideas, assist with research, and improve content quality.
- **Collaboration**: Work with video producers, designers, and marketing teams to align scripts with video visuals and overall campaign strategies.
- **Editing and Proofreading**: Ensure the scripts are error-free, well-structured, and polished before final approval.
- **Creative Input**: Provide innovative ideas for video content that will capture audience attention and deliver business goals.
- **Adapting Content**: Modify and adapt content based on feedback from stakeholders or performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in **English, Hindi, and Marathi** (both written and spoken).
- **Writing Skills**: Strong writing skills with the ability to write clear, engaging, and persuasive scripts for video content.
- **Beginner Experience**: Prior experience in content writing, scriptwriting, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Use of AI Tools**: Basic knowledge of how to use **ChatGPT** or other AI tools to assist with content creation.
- **Creativity**: Ability to think creatively and produce content that engages and informs the target audience.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to proofread and edit scripts for grammar, style, and tone consistency.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and creative teams.
- **Onsite Work**: Comfortable with working onsite at our office location.

**Preferred Skills**:

- **Video Script Writing**: Familiarity with writing video scripts or promotional content for businesses.
- **Social Media Content**: Understanding of creating content that can be used across social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
