**Teaching & Curriculum Delivery**:

- Deliver engaging and well-structured Mathematics lessons aligned with the ICSE curriculum for Classes 6-10.
- Prepare and implement lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, and assessments.
- Teach core mathematical concepts: arithmetic, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, statistics, etc.
- Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Design and conduct class tests, assignments, unit tests, and periodic assessments as per ICSE guidelines.
- Evaluate student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate student records and report cards.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a disciplined, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Address individual learning needs and provide academic support to students who need extra help.
- **Student Development**:

- Encourage mathematical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Prepare students for school-level competitions, Olympiads, and the ICSE board examination.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding academic progress and classroom behavior.
- **Administrative & Co-curricular Duties**:

- Maintain attendance and other records.
- Assist in school events, exhibitions, and co-curricular activities when required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**:
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Mathematics with B.Ed. (mandatory)
- **Experience**:
Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience in a reputed school (preferably ICSE board)
- **Skills**:

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Technologically adept (experience with smart classrooms, online teaching tools)
- Classroom management
- Patience, adaptability, and empathy

**Desirable**:

- Familiarity with ICSE curriculum and examination patterns
- Experience in online/hybrid teaching
- Participation in professional development programs (e.g., ICSE workshops)
