VMC Programmer
- 3d Design
- Set up VMC machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
- Test operation of machines periodically
- Fix issues that might occur during the shift
- Expertise in operating VMC machine and tooling as well as precision measurement tools
- Prepare daily production & Maintenance report
- Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
- Maintain activity logsJob setting & uploading Programming on VMC machines
- knowledge of Mitsubishi M70, Haas, Fanuc control
- Use measuring tools such as gauges, Vernier calipers, dial indicators, and micrometers to perform tool changes and radius offsets
- Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools
- Ability to read engineering drawings, charts and tables
- knowledge of handling measuring instruments
- Good communication abilities
- Daily maintenance of CNC machines.
- Maintaining ISO & AS9100 standard documents. And 5-S activities in Shop floor.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
