Motion Graphics Artist

Job description

The main purpose of this job is creation of assets, then bringing them to life and delivering high quality and innovative motion graphic content

This is a role for a creative individual with excellent aesthetic judgment and willingness to collaborate within a team environment. You will be an integral part of every stage in the creative process, from conceptualization to client amends.

His /her Involvement is critical in all phases of the design process, including concept development, storyboarding, animation, graphic design, and production

Key Responsibilities:
Working with Art / Motion Directors to design and build compelling high-quality animations and video productions
Assist in the creation of animation storyboards.
Utilizing conceptual and design skills to bring ideas to life - prepare conceptual layouts for the motion graphic project
Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
Provide accurate time estimates for each part of the process
Shaping the details of motion projects by providing cutting edge techniques and technologies
Assist in selecting appropriate audio,graphic and animation styles for the project.
Encoding, converting and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
Coordinating with programmers on integrating functions and objects into visual designs
Conceiving, planning, shooting and reviewing VFX, from pre-production to post
Managing deadlines and executing on-time and on-task
Staying current with production tool and technology advancements. Keeping abreast of advancements in animation as well as new technologies and techniques, contemporary trends in production design and popular music to deliver cutting edge work.
Training Motion Designers in production best practices
QA and review of final output and source files

**_Additional Responsibilities include: _**

Acting as a technical/tactical resource for the creative teams
Technical supervision and training of junior artists.
Research in the world of motion graphics

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
