**BU / FUNCTION DESCRIPTION**

Part of the Transportation Solutions (TS) segment, the Industrial and Commercial Transportation (ICT) business unit focuses on providing reliable connectivity products designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions for on
- and off-highway vehicles and recreational transportation. With TE's 30+ years of experience in the ICT connectivity segment, we offer a broad portfolio of over 14K products which make us the world leaders in tough and rugged solutions (FY22 data).

**ROLE OBJECTIVE**

Building and managing smarter reporting solutions using existing tools for better-managing business processes and analytics to streamline the data consumption of end users.

**Responsibilities**:

- Should be familiar in understanding client requirements, conducting system analysis, designing, developing, testing, and implementing RPA solutions as per system requirement specification.
- Automate business processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver custom solutions.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
- Provide technical support and training to users.
- Strong experience in SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate and UI Path
- Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing
- Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365, Office 365, and SharePoint can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement
- Excellent Analytical and Troubleshooting skills.
- 5+ years of experience in the Microsoft Power Platform - MS PowerApps, Power Automate Flow, SharePoint
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Planning and development of Power platform solutions, troubleshooting any related issues
- Experience customizing SharePoint lists and disparate systems with PowerApps
- Should be able to configure custom connectors in Power Platform
- Strong problem-solving capabilities. Results-oriented. Relies on fact-based logic for decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Detail oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills to meet a critical deadline
- Self-motivated, ability to prioritize work and multi-task across many assignments in a fast-paced work environment
- Background in new product development, engineering, and/or manufacturing a plus
